Yes! All orders over $149.00 get Free Delivery in the area within 20 miles of 78729. We can still deliver to other areas around Austin, lets figure out what you need and make it work for everyone.
If there is an issue with an order, we will do our best to remediate the issue prior to offering a refund. Most of what I do is Custom and time, material and cost goes into these designs and products that I cannot recoup, I do not offer a refund on anything custom, but will work hard to fix any issues. Quality control is very important to me and I inspect everything carefully prior to packaging and shipping. I all else fails, the client is responsible for returning the item at their expense for a refund of NON CUSTOM PRODUCTS.
I work 7 days a week, varying hours and I do this to accommodate my clients as quickly as possible. If I have it in stock, I can get most regular orders completed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Larger orders, might add an additional day. Again, this will be pending stock of hats and leatherette.
