Shipping Policy – Hat Refinery
At Hat Refinery, we take pride in crafting and delivering high-quality hats. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended and on larger, bulk orders.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping that is offered on orders of $178 or more are for non-bulk orders. Hat Refinery doesn't offer free shipping for large bulk orders at this time.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: Not Offered at this time
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
International Shipping
Hat Refinery doesn't currently offer International Shipping, check back. Thank you
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hat Refinery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package is missing, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist. All packages that the cost over $100.00 will incur a small additional Insurance fee added to the total shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
